This video and companion guide is the application-orientated product around Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling book, “The Three Signs of a Miserable Job” (2007) and is designed to give managers the resources, tools, and language that can be successfully implemented on a daily basis to engage their employees.

The Video and Companion Guide can be used to train multiple managers simultaneously in a classroom setting (half-day) or as a self-guided development program for an individual manager (2 hours).
